I just interviewed an applicant that not only god blessed me about 14 times but she HUGGED me on her way out!  LOL...I thought of you

I just had to laugh-she's not from the US and obviously the social norms are different for her.  It's also non profit so that changes the level of candidate a bit. 

I have to say, though, in all my years in HR/Recruiting and the eleventy billion people I've interviewed-that was my first hugger!

It was just weird from the mailman.  If it's on your voicemail or on your answering machine, cool.  If it's at work it's just awkward, kwim? 

That's both weird and hysterical that she hugged you :-)
