I had a big one just now when I realized why my bobbin thread wasn't coming up. Missed where you had to make sure the casing actually snapped back into place.
I think I'm going to love this.

OMG, I was at SoontobeMrsS house the other day and was showing her how to use her sewing machine but she has a Brother and I have a Singer - OMG, I had no idea how different they were. I swear I felt like I was speaking a different language - the thread went on in a different direction, the bobbin was located in a different place, there was no button/lever to press when threading the bobbin, the foot lever was in a different place, how the bobbin went it was totally confusing me...it sounds like yours Bubbly. It can be so hard to get started but once you do it will be fine.
