Convertible car seats--clicky poll

One DD is flirting with the height/weight requirements of her Snugride so I think we're going to switch her over to her Britax Boulevard next week. My dilemma is what to do with her smaller sister who still probably is an inch and 4 lbs under the Snugride limits.

    we switched Gibby to the conv. seat on halloween - he was just 4mos but 18lbs and it was killing me to lift him up into the car while in the snugride.

    We have kept Gray in the snugride - he is 4lbs smaller (he's 17lbs now at 6mo) and I'm so glad we did- b/c it's so much easier to have ONE baby in an infant seat. 

    I can easily carry them both out to the car at the same time- Gibby in my arm and Gray in my other hand in the seat... If they were both out of the infant seat = a lot harder to carry them both... i would have to go back in to get #2.
