so sad! Video camera recs needed!

And happy!  DD turned one today and her birthday/Christmas was great.   But just before cake time, my FLIP video died and refused to power on, despite being fully charged and working just earlier in the day.  I got it all on my old school 8mm video camera, but would love to email to all of my family and I can't! 

I hope I can get a new one before her birthday party on Tuesday but have no idea what to get.  Any recs?  btw, I LOVE the super easiness of the flip, so anything that easy would be great!!!

interesting. my flip died after ONE day. yes, one. sadly I couldnt return it. what a waste of money.

We got the Kodak zi8 on Black Friday and LOVE it. We were looking at that or the Flip, the Kodak had a million better reviews that the FLIP.
