Is anyone going shopping tomorrow?

I am. Well, mostly to help my sister with the kids. They usually get up at 6 and her DH will be still be at work (railroad). My sister needs to get mom a Christmas gift yet, and we want to see what kind of deals there are out there.

Re: Is anyone going shopping tomorrow?

  • I'm taking DS and my niece to the mall. They both got gift cards and cash for Christmas and want to spend their money while there are still good sales to be found.
    Ridley Run 3.1 - 4/9/11 - 34:24 - 1st race evah!
    Kelly Monaghan's 5K - 5/15/11 - 3rd Place in AG
    Walk the Talk 5K - 5/18/11 - 31:12 PR
    Ridley Run 3.1 - 4/14/12 - 1st race of the year, 32:45
  • I'm considering it.  There just isn't anything I need right now, and I spent too much this past week on Christmas and eating out.

Although....I could tell DH that I  am spending the money that I am saving on tolls by taking next week off.

  • If not tomorrow, it will be the next day. I usually get all my smaller gifts (for teachers/guests that attend our Christmas party/neighbors, etc.) the day after Christmas, since there are usually some good deals. I usually hit up Pier One for sure.
  • I plan on hitting Ikea and picking an organization system for all this stuff. I can not stand all the clutter.
  • If I had the money, I would. I don't know what's better... Black Friday or After Christmas sales.
  • Likely - if not tomorrow then Sunday. We always go right after christmas to get the deals - especially to stock up on gift bags, wrapping paper, etc for next year.
