I read your reply to melissa's post - about the 'meat and seafood guy' -

About 5 years ago there was a guy going around "selling meat" and it turns out it was his way of getting into people's houses (he was actually a rapist... that is so scary).  Anyway the scariest part is that we lived in a duplex and our neighbor said the guy actually knocked on her door, but she said obviously she was not a target since she was in her 70's.

I do feel paranoid about being home alone with the girls during the day.. I try to keep some mace by the front door.

That is scary, I'm going to tell DH that too.  My thought was he was going to try to rob the place or steal the baby since he asked DH a few questions about "the new baby".  I didn't even think about anything to do with me!  Luckily I don't think he will be back.
