Sequential screening - SO annoyed

So, I called today to schedule my sequential screening tests (supposed to get done at 11-13 weeks- right???) and the first available date they have for me is at 13 weeks and 4 days.  I am so pissed.  I wanted to get this done ASAP in hopes that I can still get a CVS if something was wrong.  This is unbelievable.  The perinatal centers are at 3 different hospitals and the best they can do is so late for me.  Is it too late technically to see if anything is wrong?

    The last day you can have it done is 13 weeks 6 days. You also have to have bloodwork done. I am not sure how long it takes to come back.... Im assuming a week or two? Not sure though.

    I was told blood work takes about 5 days to get back.

    What is a sequential screening? I will be 11 weeks on Monday and my doctor never said anything about that test. I am having a NT Scan at 12 weeks. Does that test for the same thing?
