Thanks to midwife, growth scan today after bad doctor appt. 2 weeks ago

Not sure if anyone remembers, but I posted 2 weeks ago about my crappy doctor's appointment, where my doctor made us wait 1.5 hours, then met with us for 10 minutes and made up 2 lies for why she wasn't doing an u/s after the nurse was getting the u/s room ready for us (it was after 6PM and I think she wanted to go home).  Anyway, I have a midwife appointment tomorrow, so I called earlier in the week to speak with her and tell her what had happened.  I thought maybe if I explained things to her, she would do an u/s at the appointment.  She was very sympathetic and ordered an u//s for us today.  We found out that the babies are currently weighing 2 and 2.2 pounds at 26 weeks and my cervix looks good- long and closed.  I am so glad I called and we got to see them.  I was worried since it had been a whole month since my 18w ultrasound, and you all confirmed my suspicions that that wasn't right!

I'm glad everything worked out for you!!  And that the babies are doing so well.  Sorry that your doc isn't more helpful.  Hopefully, she'll get better.  I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
