Growth scan and dr. app

Baby a was 3lbs 6oz and baby b was 3lbs 8oz.  Both were breech (boo).  All looked well other than that.  My next app is Jan. 6 and I will start having nst's every week.  My next u/s is Jan. 19.  My cervix still has not been checked and unless I have signs of ptl they won't check it until 36 weeks.  I'll keep you guys updated.  Oh, and I've gained 40lbs but I can't keep up with the eating anymore so I don't how much more I'll gain.  I am nautious at all times and the heartburn has taken over.  I feel horrible that I can't eat the way I have been but I just can't do it.  Has anyone else given up on all the eating?  Or am I just a wuss?
