I think I had contractions for two weeks before Dylan!!  I always thought today was going to be the day and then he was a week late.  When is your c-section scheduled??  Good luck!!

Put your feet up and drink some water and hopefully they will slow down. But maybe you will have a Christmas Eve or Christmas baby?!

With my second baby, I had horrible contractions for weeks.. like I would be shopping and I'd have to cling to something in pain and stay frozen in one spot!

Are they regular?

I have been getting them off and on for a few weeks...but these were pretty regular and stronger. They have subsided a bit...so I hope by just putting my feet up (with lots of water!) and watching a movie with DH they will go away completely.

It's been a dose of reality (assuming they keep going down) - I have to get my house ready and bag packed!! : )

Perfect excuse to have DH get the house ready and pack your bag. Relax, and I hope it holds off a bit longer for you.
