How much to give to Daycare Babysitter?

The friend that watches my DD's I trust 100% and think the world of her.  She's organized, disciplined and is great with the girls.  She only watches my two DD's and her two DD's so they get lots of individual attention.  I want to give her some $$$ for Christmas but I don't know how much to give. 

Cash seems so impersonal but I would rather she have the flexibility to use it whereever she wants instead of having a gift card she may or may not want.

How much do you recommend?  In the past I haven't done much maybe $50.

If you don't want to give cash, you can get a Visa gift card.

My kids go to a center, so we don't give one big bonus, we givet gifts to each teacher.

My girlfriend takes her kids to an inhome and she gives whatever one week of daycare costs as a holiday bonus.?

We gave our sitter a $150 spa gift card (something I knew she would use).  She watches my two children every day, along with two other children.
