Ultrascreen tests - Questions

I was told at my next appt that they will do the ultrascreen and pending results, they may not be as accurate as a singleton...so the next step is an amnio.

 Was anyone told this, given this option, had it done?

    Are you talking about an NT scan? We were also told it wasn't as accurate for twins. We didn't want to do any invasive testing unless necessary, so we only did a follow-up bloodwork screen when we had poor results from our NT scan (and the follow-up screening came back great).

    That is my plan. To do the test and follow up with bloodwork.

    We did an amnio when one twin had an issue on the NT scan.  My Peri said the bloodwork would come back abnormal too since it was multiples.  Thankfully our amnio results are all normal for both twins. 
    H: 34 dx Azoospermia due to CBAVD from CF
