I have been craving that garlic dip you brought to my house! My siblings are coming over for a little g2g and I'd love to make it for them. Would you be so kind to share the recipe?
of course. I hope this is not too late. Its actually a Lipton recipe secrets recipe from this cookbook my mom had..
1 envelope Lipton? Recipe Secrets? Herb and Garlic Mix
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (I used my food processor to chop them when i made it for your house.. I think it came out better than chopping by hand)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 container (8oz.) sour cream
1 cup shredded Swiss or mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.) (I use mozzarella, and then I put another handful or so over the top before i bake it)
1.
Preheat oven to 350?. In 1-quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
2.
Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. (I don't know if its my caserole or oven or what, but its always more like 40 mins for me)
