So glad it's my friday, but I need to get this off my chest, I HATE double standards!  My two bosses have been claiming that I haven't been giving 110% and then one of the bosses comes in late EVERY morning!  Plus when is 110% the norm....that felt good, thanks ladies.

Oh, that is why I haven't been posting lately too...
