We are having ham for dinner on Christmas and I want to think of some nice sides to have with it. Does anyone have any great side dishes you want to share??? Thanks in advance!!
OMG, this is the BEST side dish with ham. I'm not kidding when I tell you we usually triple this recipe because everyone loves it so much.
Pineapple Dressing
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices white bread, cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch baking pan. In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the pineapple and bread cubes. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Let sit a few minutes to firm up before serving

This is an awesome recipe only my recipe uses a can of baked grands biscuits in place of the bread!

we always have cheese scalloped potatoes with ham. it's so yummy (I use the campbell's cheddar cheese soup--2 cans soup, 2 cans milk cooked up until thick and then pour over the potatoes.) i take them to parties and everyone loves them!!

ditto this (except we don't put bacon crumbles on the potatoes; I'm sure it is great that way though)
