Recently I have been wanting cheese. Doesn't matter what form - cheetos, fried mozzarella sticks (haven't had those yet), Brie on a cracker (as long as it's pasteurized) or even just a grilled cheese sandwich (haven't had that yet either). I haven't eaten much cheese at all in recent years because I figured out, through process of elimination, that when I eat cheese, soon after I am in the bathroom (and not puking!). I even pull the cheese off pizza. But I want it so bad, I am willing to see if the LO has changed my body's reaction to cheese!
Has anyone else been able to eat something that would normally make you sick and you were OK?

milkshakes! I'm lactose intolerant (found out by process of elimination like you...) and I was terrified to try one, but I wanted one so badly! Aside from gas - no issues!
maybe start with some lactose free cheese first and then see how you feel?
Well, I've had some cheese snacks (Cheetos and such) and no problem there, but I'm thinking that's not real cheese. I don't have problems with any other dairy stuff - yogurt, milk, ice cream - I wonder why it's just cheese.

My 1st trimester I craved salsa and whole avacados with lime juice (try it, AMAZING), but now I crave healthy things like whole wheat bread, PB and yes, CHEESE! Try shredded cheese on salad--incredible

This exactly! Oh my goodness, I want a Big Mac so freakin' badly! :P
Last night I totally had a Big Mac AND a large Chocolate Milk Shake for dinner! It was a major splurge in the diet, but it was fantastic! I had been craving it for weeks, so I just said EFF it! I haven't been sorry yet
