On the main page of the bump there is a breastfeeding log and an input/output log.  This would have come in handy when I had ethan and couldn't remember how many diapers I changed or what time he ate last.

They gave us one of those at the hospital and they told us our pedi would ask for it at her first appt..They didn't. I remember crossing off poopy diapers at 3am when we were all camping on the couch.
