Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, BRU, TRU, etc. Basically anywhere that sells formula will take the formula checks or coupons unless they have some weird standalone policy. And if they do, I would call their corporate to find out why.
Sign up at the formula websites such as Similac, Goodstart, Enfamil...they'll send you all kinds of stuff.
I've used them at Target so far...but beware that you have a cashier who knows what they are...I had one the other night that looked at me like I was crazy when I handed him 5 of them totaling $13 and tried to tell me I could only use one at a time...his manager told him different.

oh wow Candi, I haven't been anywhere where I was able to use more than one at a time. Me=jealous. It says on the check only one per purchase so maybe that's why the cashier thought otherwisee. That being said, I've only tried at BRU.
