just because I have an even bigger urge to eat said cookies today. What kind(s) should I bake? I was thinking raspberry linzers and chocolate crinkles.
LOL, sounds yummy! I'm baked out. My kitchen looks like a bakery threw up everywhere but I have 6 types of cookies totaling about 40 dozen. Now I just need to start giving them away!

This is me too! Although it was only one type of cookie (No-Bake Cookies) and all the reast were treats... Puppy Chow, Toffee, Caramel and Chocolate covered pretzels and mini-banana bread and chocolate chip muffins. Our house has smelt AMAZING all weekend!
I made sugar cookies yesterday - so good! I have been having such an urge to bake lately. I don't know if it's nesting- or craving-related, but my husband and extended family certainly like eating it!

My friend just emailed me this recipe for her Andes Mint cookies. YUMMY!
Mix together:
1 C. Softened Butter
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs (1 at a time)
1 TBL. Vanilla
Gradually add to above mixture:
3 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
Cover and Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Wrap 1 TBL. Cookie Dough around Andee's Mint. Melt 4-5 mints, and drizzle over cookies. Ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
I can't decide if this is an evil post or the most heavenly thing I've seen all day.
Either way...thank you!
