It will really come down to a matter of preference for you. Are you willing to take a pill every day, and will you be faithful about taking it at the same time every day? You could do an insert like Nuvaring, so that you don't have to think about it daily. You could do depo preva, which is a shot you get every 3 months (downside is weight gain). Your best bet would be to discuss the pros and cons of a couple of options with your dr.
