I meant to ask you last night... how did you use the essential oil in your laundry? I've been adding vinegar to the wash in lieu of using a fabric softener and dryer balls in the dry cycle but I miss scented clothes. I have some essential oils around because I mix them with baking soda and sprinkle on the carpets and then vacuum it up to make the house smell nice.

    I just dribble a few drops on an old (clean) dry square of one of DH's tshirts and stick it in the dryer with the wet clothes.

    I've heard that adding EO's to the wash water/laundry soap can damage the fabric, but I can't find any confirmation of that online, either. This way is so much easier, anyways. :)
