    hey girls - he seems to be doing better.   he was cool this morning before i went to work and while my mom watched him.  when i got home in the afternoon he was around 102 again and i gave him some tylenol.  i made a dr appt for this afternoon and of course when we got there he was like 98.5.  the dr said it's a viral infection and that the rash on his chest is from the infection.  i just put him to bed.  hopefully the worst of it is over!
