Our names are Tiffany Ann and Herbert (Bert) Walter. 

I am trying to figure out other names boy and girl using an initial from both of us.

Right now our favorite pick is Tyler Wesley. Obviously T from me and W from DH. Wesley is also my late father's middle name.

I think you should keep Wesley as a MN since it has such meaning. Tyler is a good choice as well. Other T names: Timothy, Thomas, Travis, Tyson, Tobias, Taylor...

I agree with keeping Wesley- I love the meaning it has for you. I love Tyler, but it's my DH's name, so I'm biased:
