Upstate NY Babies

No 2nd tax return ; )

We scheduled a c/s for Jan 2nd...my OB said the hospital has new rules and you cannot schedule a c/s for earlier than 39 weeks (unless medically nec) I'm nervous now about going into labor myself before (since Evan was early too)...but I guess we can't do anything about that!

So I'm gonna have two kids two weeks from tomorrow - YIKES!!!!

Re: No 2nd tax return ; )

  • Well, at least you know now when your c/s date will be. Even if she does decide to come early, at least it's in the "full term" part of your pregnancy (yeah, I know - they say that nothing is really "full term" until past 39 weeks, but this is coming from a girl that didn't make it to 36).

Now you can relax and enjoy the holidays!

  • Hmm, I didn't think of that, but yes, my c-section had to be for 39 weeks as well.  I was super nervous too about going into labor early, I had soooo many symptoms but the LO held out for me :)  I was having horrible contractions, where I had to stop and cling to things, but I was getting them for weeks and managed not to go into labor!  Good luck and keep us posted!
  • Exciting. Where are you delivering? I know i couldnt be induced before 39 weeks either
