Need to clean my house - can I use cleaning products?

I'm afraid of inhaling fumes. Are furniture polish, bathroom cleaner etc safe?

I plan on using up the supplies that I have now then start buying all natural cleansers.  In the meantime I clean wearing gloves and make sure that it's well ventilated, especially in the bathroom.  I've been cleaning the toilet like every other day, anticipating m/s to start

A few months ago we got rid of all cleaners in our home.  It's amazing what non-toxic cleaning products you can find recipes for using water, white vinegar, lemon juice and baking soda!  It's all way cheaper and you can make it in bulk if you just get some empty spray bottles.  We found combos to use for household cleaning, disinfecting counters and tubs, washing laundry...  Then you don't even have to give it a thought if your products are safe of not ever again!
