update: my EDD is 5/16/10 (not 6/16, my mistake!)
I doubt my family will be getting anything for the babies. They are all excited to get stuff for DD now that she is 1 and will get excited about presents.
Just started NSTs BPPs etc this week. So far everything looks good still. Babies are both still breech...boo, but healthy...yeah!
I know my ILs will get things for the babies. They are huge gifters. Don't know about the rest of the family. I was debating whether or not to get them things myself, but then I went into the nursery and saw all the stuff and decided that it would just make more work wrapping things that I would have gotten just have to unwrap again.
Update- Last Friday at my appointment we scheduled my c-section for 1/18 which is 38 weeks 4 days. I don't think there is any way I can make it that far, they are still both measuring a week over (34 weeks at 33 week u/s) and are over 5 lbs each already. I started my NSTs on Wed. and they both passed very quickly. My BP was up again though so they made me stay and extra hour, lay on my left side and do a urine test. It went back down and I was allowed to go home but I checked it yesterday and it was up again
I have a AFI test today at 3:30 and Dr. appointment after so we'll see how the BP is today.
Question- I know my mom and my MIL have bought the babies gifts for Christmas! DH and I are not but we have a little more self control with shopping for the girls than they do!
I passed my 1-hour glucose test (YAY!) but my iron levels are still low so I have to up my OTC supplement to 2 pills/day. Still waiting to see if my work approves the doc's recommendation to work from home after the New Year.
QOTD: I don't know! I doubt it though as my showers will be 1/9 & 1/16 so I'm sure anything they've bought for baby will just be given to me then.
Update: Nothing new. I am getting huger by the minute. My mom said she could see a difference in my belly in one day!
QOTD: I am not sure if they'll get anything for Christmas. They got hooked up like crazy at my showers last weekend and the weekend before and we pretty much have everything we need!
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
36 weeks today!! Can't believe it. Had a growth u/s yesterday and the girls were measuring 5 lbs. 11 oz. (A) and 6 lbs. 7 oz (B). The tech actually said that A might be a bit bigger though because she's so far down her head is smooshed and her leg was hiding a bit for that measurement : )
I have no idea if our extended family will be getting anything for the girls. We're not buying anything for them, mostly because we've been buying necessities for them on every paycheck for the past few months!! We're not sure whether they'll be here before Christmas or just after, so I don't know how family will treat that.
Update: Found out we are having two girls! Now I get to really start planning on the nursery and buying stuff for them.
QOTD: I am pretty sure my mom and sisters will buy something for them because they are really excited.
No major updates here. I went in yesterday and was dx with a mild yeast infection (sorry tmi) so I'm having to treat with the messy otc nighttime stuff which makes for little sleep. Going back to RE Monday for another u/s.
I doubt anyone gets anything for the babies for Xmas - I'm still very early. That being said I think I'm probably outed on facebook. My sister has been posting hinting at the pregnancy and I'm tired of fighting to keep it a secret.
Had OB appointment Tuesday, scheduled c-section for Feb 9th. Seems so soon, it's going so fast, I'm very excited!
My IL's are getting us the hutch that goes with our nursery furniture. My mom gets stuff for the babies weekly, so I'm sure she'll get something, but probably more like cute clothes and things. Other family members might get a few things, but nothng that I know of.

We had our anatomy scan on Monday and discovered that our twins are both girls!
As for QOTD, my little sister works at GAP and has loaded up on cute clothes for the girls, so I'm excited to unwrap them on Christmas day.
Update: Feeling lots of movement! And also got the results of our second tri screen yesterday and everything was within the normal range.
QOTD: I am sure they will get tons of stuff. My MIL is a shopping fiend and my SIL called yesterday to confirm that Baby A is still a girl (no one is 100%) so I assume she is out shopping too. My grandmother has already started christmas shopping for them too and my mom has stockings up for them.
Update: Nothing new here. I go for another appt next week Wed, and finally DH will be able to join me again to see his little girls on screen! He hasn't been with me in several appts.
QOTD: Nope, I'm not anticipating gifts for the babies this year. We are having a shower on 12/27, so all gifts will likely be given then.
US went well today. Boys heartbeats are looking good and they both look great - from what I can tell - I stink at being able to see anything during the ultrasounds!! LOL! Start my weekly appointments - next one being on Christmas Eve.
QOTD: No presents wrapped and put under the tree - my parents and the ILs are helping to finish up our list of stuff still needed for the babies.

Had my 20 week US on Tuesday and everything is looking great! I've been having some pretty bad back pain at night, though, which is really cutting into my sleep
QOTD: I am willing to bet that my parents get a little something for the babies. They are overly excited as these will be the first 2 grandkids!
New? Graduated today with a Bachelors of Music-Education!!! Whoop Whoop!
As far as gifts go? I know some people have bought gifts....we have bought sooo much stuff (dh and myself!) but my shower being < 3 weeks after CHRISTmas, I think (and assume) that most are waiting until then to give what they have bought.

I had 2 NSTs this week and a BPP. The babies are doing great! Despite GD, they are not too big and the amt of amniotic fluid if great. I'm getting incredibly frustrated with GD. They added insulin in the pm and my numbers are even higher than before. I'm also struggling to get all the calories I need. I really want this under control before it affects the babies.
QOTD: I doubt it. Everyone seems to be waiting to find out what we're having. The babies should be arriving in Jan and family will come out to help. They'll probably buy gifts then.
