What can I take for a cold while BFing?

    Does it have pseudoephedrine?  That can decrease supply, but the other common decongestant, phenylephrine, is considered moderately safe, and is generally considered to be safer for breastfeeding moms.

    Do you have a neti pot or even just some saline solution? That always seems to help me.
