I have about two and a half cups cooked. Anyone have any ideas for any casseroles, bakes, etc (besides mac and cheese)? I don't want it to go to waste.
You could put in a can of tuna and a can of cream of mushroom or chicken. Mix together and bake it (cheese on top is optional). You can add peas as well.
You could put some veggies in it w/ chicken and ranch dressing and heat over the stove and freeze if needed for a meal later. I did that this week and it tastes like Viola!
Where I grew up, a very popular soup is macaroni mixed into tomato soup and then you add some hamburger. Sounds kinda plain but it is delish with grilled cheese.
ok i have a good one....hopefully you use good seasons dressing and have the cruet. i mix a packet of dressing in the cruet with balsamic vinegar. put aside. now chop up onions, celery and tomatoes (diced small). mix together with macaroni and add some warm chicken strips. then if i have it i toss some cheese in there (like crumbled feta cheese) then add the balsamic dressing and toss! it really is amazing and i like it a little warm.
