It's when the ligaments that support your uterus start to stretch and become uncomfortable. Sometimes it feels like a shooting pain in your lower abdomen or a cramp or just an odd pain.....Hope this helps!

Thank you!  I think I'm having RLP in my lower left abdomen area.  It's been driving me nuts on and off for the last day or so.

Not sure if this helps, but mine are like intense period cramps, typically in one general area.  It scares me a little sometimes, but tylenol (regular strength) really helps.
