Does anyone know what to do for a heat rash?

Just keep the area clean and try to keep it cool. my lo kept getting it on the back of his neck and side of his cheek, i eventually realized it was because whenever i hold him to feed him our skin on skin makes hiim sweat there. once i started putting a recieving blanket between us he stopped sweating and his rash went away.
