We sold our house!!!

Ok I am beyond excited we actually sold our house to a builder and we are buying his house. I am beyond excited, looks like we are moving (much closer to work).Yeah!!!

I am so excited...we approached this builder a year ago about a trade and no go. We are now under contract and will be closing on January 15!!
