I briefly introduced myself a few weeks ago, but haven't been on since then. Since then I figure this is the best place to hang and find out answers to the million questions I have... Also, figure this would be the best place for support and encouragement...
So, here is my introduction: My name is Jamie and I currently have an 11 month old son (miracle IVF baby at home. I am currently 15w6d with twins - due 6/4/10. We did a FET in September with the remaining two embies from Henry's batch. One embie split and we were originally expecting triplets. Sadly, we lost the one a 7 weeks... it was bittersweet - it's never easy losing a baby, yet having four kids under the age of two was frightening and the thought of twins instead of triplets seems much more managable, having one at home already... Anyway, we are both excited and can't wait to meet our new additions...
I already had my NT scan and am scheduled for a cervical length u/s next week... I will have them every two weeks up until the end of April... I have my big u/s on 1/11 - Henry's 1st birthday! We can't wait to find out their gender... Just hope they cooperate!
I am sure I will have tons of questions and look forward to getting advice from those who are living the life now!
Re: Introduction - Again!
hey there- good to see you back here. I don't know if I knew you lost one of the triplets - i'm so sorry about that- but glad you are in good spirits and yes, a twin pg (and 2 more babies) is easier to handle- so it's good to look at the positives.
we're here when you need us! So excited for you!!
