Dizzy spells at 39 weeks

Ugh, another wonderful symptom at 39 weeks! It was happening yesterday too. I get really dizzy for a minute or two at a time. It's when I'm sitting or standing though, not if I get up quickly or anything like that.

I'll bring it up at my appointment tomorrow. Has this happened to anyone else?

Maybe a blood pressure issue?

Happens to me. My doc said not to worry about it unless I start seeing "spots" or have a headache that won't go away with Tylenol and rest.

This has been happening to me everyday. I actually had to leave work early a couple weeks ago because I couldn't stand up straight for more than 5 minutes without feeling like I was going to pass out. I called and they just told me to drink lots of fluids and rest (apparently that is the pregnancy cure-all) I did have someone come check my blood pressure and it was fine. I am supposed to go and have my iron checked before my next appt. Defineitely mention it at your appt, but it's probably just regular pg dizziness!
