I need to start snacking. The OB recommended I get an extra 300 to 450 calories a day, for the next couple of weeks at least. Unfortunately, I'm really not a snacker, and have no idea where to begin here. So, I am looking to you ladies for help.
What do you snack on that is:
1) Not too expensive
2) Not too sweet (I do like sweets, but I can't eat a lot of them, I get ill)
3) Between 300 and 450 calories
And... GO!

Nuts might be a good option for you.
I might have a PB&J in a few minutes. You could do apples and peanut butter. You'd be surprised how many calories full fat yogurt has in it. There's always chocolate milk.
Everything else I can think of is loaded with sugar (as if everything I've written isn't other than nuts) . I've been on a Pop Tart kick this week.
Goldfish crackers/pretzels
Granola bars
Teddy Grahams
Doritos
Nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews) - Although this is not cheap!
Oatmeal creme pies
Cottage cheese and stoned wheat thins. The red pepper kind. YUM!
Pickles, cheese and crackers.
