I am starting to not like my department

The VP wants us to memorize the mission, vision and core values.  WTF?  How about I do my job and leave it at that.

    where my mom works, her manager made the whole group of about 150 people learn a special dance and cheer that they have to do at EVERY meeting hehehe  (and if you knew my mom, you'd really find this highly amusing b/c she is the least dance/cheer type person I know, which is saying a lot)

    That is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.

    That sounds like where a friend of ours used to work.  They had to learn a sales dance/chant that their manager made up. 

     

    Tell your mom she's not the only one who works with morons.
