Ovulating question

My AF has been weird since DD was born but I never had any concerns because I wasn't TTC.  Anyways we are now TTC and I need to figure out when I would be ovulating.  Let me first say sorry if this is TMI but I start to bleed and will be light for about 2 days then I will not bleed for 2 days then what I call my period starts and is heavy 2 days then light 1 day and then done.  So my question is when did my period really start, the first time it was light (then stopped) or not until it was heavy? 

Yes I know we can just have sex that whole week and one of those days I would be ovulating so that would be fun ) but wanting to get a better estimate...TIA

Do you pay attention to CM during your cycle? That really helps a lot. Also, you can try to have sex every other day from CD 10 - 20.

I'd go with first time.  Your levels must have dropped already, to start AF.  Doesn't really help when you ovulate, though.  I ovulate super late.
