I saw in a post below some of you use a nanny service.  Which ones?  What do you think of them and their nannies...do you get the same person every time? TIA

Our nanny and her friends babysit between classes or nanny jobs.  Other people on here have used them too.  SitterSoiree.com

We've had some success with care.com.

And, we use In or Out Tax for our payroll services.

I've used sitterselection.com also and they are great!  Different girls every time, but they've all been wonderful!
