Hi everyone. I've been lurking for quite a long time and I need some support. I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks last year, a miscarriage of one twin at 7 weeks, and lost the other twin (after seeing movement, heartbeat) at 17 weeks. I started seeing a specialist and they diagnosed me as having a bicornuate uterus with a septum. They aren't really sure what to do with me since it's a little bit of both. If it was one or the other they'd have a clear path to follow, but since it's both, it's not as cut and dried. I'm having surgery tomorrow to attempt to resect the uterine septum to make my uterus more baby friendly. There's no guarantee that this will improve anything, but I have a lot of hope. Would you keep a good thought for me? Thank you!
