I'm bored too...Songs that take you back...

Right now, my favorite artist (John Legend) is playing on my Ipod. I love his 1st and 2nd albums b/c they remind me of going to a concert with DH while we were dating. It may have been a night where I got a bit tipsy and didn't act so lady-like after we left, but I love how the songs can immediately me back to that night, no matter where I'm at. Reminds me of the process of falling in love with DH. (this may be a bit sappy, and it may or may not be due to the glass of wine that is next to me )

 What song brings you an immediate, "feel like I'm back there" memory?

The band New Found Glory; one of the members went to my high school and whenever they come on my iPod I am 16 and driving alone for the first time. Remember how it felt to get in the car and drive somewhere on your own for the first time. That was real freedom.

Oh man, too many to list. I love the 80's and 90's stations for this very reason. PM Dawn always takes me back. I also listened to Better Than Ezra a few months ago and felt 18.

The song Semi-Charmed Life brings me back to high school, cruising around with my 2 best friends/soccer teammates before games or after practices.

Nine Inch Nails.  I have a few of their songs on my iPod and still love them.
