2 month visit

DD had her 2 month visit today - she is 12 lbs 2.5 oz, up from 8 lbs 5 oz when she was born.  She is doing great!

Also she got 2 shots instead of 4 (although they were combo shots).  We skipped Hep B and polio I believe.

Bad news - I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes with germy kids.  Not happy about that.  Then DD was melting down after the pedi saw her and her shots, so I went to schedule appts for both kids for their next checkups and the receptionist was taking forever trying to sort out someone's insurance, so I walked out.  I'll have to call it in.  I was there from 3-4:30 and that was enough for me.

Wow.. as much as I hated our old pedi, i hardly ever waited in the waiting room with a newborn/small baby. a couple minutes tops.  The new dr, since its not a pedi office, I might wait 5 or 10 mins but never longer with Eve.

Ya, we have had really long wait times at times too and it really sucks.  Especially since they have to eat every 3-ish hours, you really feel in a time crunch.  My fastest wait time to be seen was when I was picking a pedi and went while pregnant
