SAIF: IVF stories needed

Hi girls. I'm having some issues in my first IVF cycle, and I'll be honest, I'm fishing a little.

if you remember, can you tell me what your E2 and follicle count were at trigger?

IVF #1:  E2 was 4500.  Follie count was 28.  We got 31 eggs, but only 16 were mature (PCOS).

IVF #2:  E2 was 1700.  Follie count was 31.  We got 10 eggs (21 were cysts), and 8 were mature.

My E2 was quite high and honestly I don't remember the exact number but I had OHSS. My follie count was also high. I had 35 follies....which we got 28 eggs from.

I dont' remember but mine was super high - maybe 6000....i had 30 eggs retrieved though - not all mature - but still 30 eggs. 21/mature

Mine were always very high - I got OHSS most times. However, a normal range is 100-150 per each mature follie. For example, if you have 10 mature follies, then your E2 should be around 1500. Hope that helps!

mine was probably about 4000 - i just remember that the day before trigger it was 2500 and they wanted to push it one more day....i got 24 eggs...

IVF #1 (BFN) - 8 follicles ranging 26.3mm - 12.5mm, E2 1243 (9 were retrieved, 5 mature)

IVF #2 (BFP!) - 12 follicles > 14mm, E2 2800 (12 retrieved, 12 mature)

My e2 was in the 850s the morning I triggered. I dont have an exact follicle count. By the next day my E2 had shot up to 1542 and at retrieval they were able to get 7 mature eggs.

My RE never told me actual e2 levels.  I stimmed extra days because I had so few follies, they expected 3-4 at ER but instead a bunch caught up and I ended up with 11 retrieved 11 mature/ICSI'd.  Best of luck and think positive, remember it only takes one

I want to say my E2 was either 2400 or 3400.    I'm thinking 3400, but I don't remember for sure.

and I never got a solid follie count...  around 12ish, I think.    the RE guessed they would only get 10 eggs, turns out they got 17.   13 were mature.

My E2 was 1043 (had dropped from 1098 the morning before). I don't know what the follie count was, but 8 were retrieved, 7 mature, one cracked. Good luck!
