    I'm good, my back hurts a lot. Stupid car accident. I called a lawyer last night b/c that woman who hit me, didnt get a ticket--as far as I can see. I'll be on and off all day. I'm hoping to get some chores like laundry done.

    i saw your post about her not getting a ticket, that is absolutely insane!  now that would tick me off! i would definitely raise some hell!

    How was she not ticketed at all??  Like for her suspended license and lack of insurance?  Oh yeah, and wreckless driving?  Maybe with her rap sheet, they're just giving up.

    These are my questions! I called one of those "TV attorneys" whom I usually hate, but hey. I'm not proud. I also wrote the mayor, tv stations, the newspaper, and left a voicemail for the trooper's superior. I'm not going away any time soon.

    LOL, i thought the same thing about being so young?  i don't know what nate will do there?  and i'm sure he'll pick up some type of germs.  Also the bday girl has a cold.  ugh, so i'm sure nate will get sick again.  if it were up to me i wouldn't go but i know DH wants to go.  i really hope nate doesn't get sick though b/c my mom and i are supposed to take him on a xmas train ride on monday.
