I've been getting positive hpts for a couple of days, but today's line seems lighter than yesterday (which I know is not supposed to matter but it has always been an accurate predictor of my IVF outcomes). Today I am very, very crampy and I am terrified. I spotted a tiny bit this morning, but it stopped. But the cramps are still hanging around. Please tell me I still have a chance.

Re: cramping before beta? :(
You still have a chance.
A good chance.
A BFP feels exactly like AF is coming to most. Cramping is a symptom of pregnancy as much as it is of AF.
I think the spotting could be a good sign too. You're on progesterone so you shouldn't be having pre-AF spotting at this point. I'm hoping that's implantation!
Hang in there!
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
What howleyshell said...exactly...
With my BFP cycle, I was convinced that AF was on the way due to all the cramping...
Good luck!!!
I cramped all through my first trimester. It's totally common and normal. And, go buy digi HPT's, so you can't examine the darkness of the lines!!!!
I know it's scary but try not to think the worst.
I had spotting & cramping before my beta and I thought for sure it was over. The spotting continued until I was 12 weeks (and got off the progesterone) and our little guy is doing great.
GL!!
