Tips on Weaning?

My boy just turned one!  As of now he is solely on the breast, he nurses 4 times a day and usually one or two times a night (not fun).  I give him yogurt but haven't tried plain milk yet...any advice would be great, I'm overseas so I don't have the greatest pedi's right now.

I like your name lol Dh's mom calls him jay bird lol You can start by slowly giving up a feeding like substituting maybe the 2nd or 3rd feeding with milk. Save the morn and night feeding last
