 I am so upset/annoyed.  I am having the kids birthday tomorrow on their birthday at the VFW and was told that I should be able to get in tonight to decorate.  The guy just called to say that the party that was supposed to have been canceled is now on so I cannot get in until 8am tomorrow!  The party starts at 11am and I live about 15-20 minutes away and I cannot make the kids stay there all morning so that totally screws up their birthday morning.  I am now hoping they wake up early so I can give them their gifts but today they slept until 7:20 which would only give me 20 minutes with them in the morning before having to leave them with DH, setup the place and head home or make DH bring them to the party after they eat breakfast since they eat late.  Ugh.

Spend the morning with them and then go an hour before to set up. I mean how long will it take to set up? (Not snarky) Have someone go with you and help. DH can bring the kids when you are ready.
