I need to make a cold appetizer. Ideas please!

We are having a holiday party at work on Monday, and I need to bring in a cold appetizer that will feed about 60 people.?

How about an antipasto tray - some cold cuts, some cheese, olives, peppers.

what about the spinach dip in the bread bowl?

you buy a block of frozen spinach and one of the packets of spinach dip mix (Knorr has a good one) and make the dip.

We usually use pumpernickel bread - and hollow out the center, using the bread that we hollowed for dipping.

you can also bring veggies to go along with it.

Or make 2 bread bowls using 2 diff types of bread

Fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. You might have a hard time getting good tomatoes, though.

Ash- Veggie pizza is also one of my favs, but we have some lady here that makes it every year, and she is really good at it.?

I also like the idea of the spinach bowl. If I don't feel up to making the tortilla rollups, spinach bowl it is.

Cucumber sandwiches. Even people that don't like cucumbers love them and they are really easy.
