So exhausted....

I finally made it to bed last night around 11:15.  After I have a party, I get home kinda wired so I have to wind down before heading to bed.  Gavin decided to wake up at 12:30.  I changed him, rocked him, sang to him....nothing.  I tried laying him back down to see if he would CIO, but DH got up and brought him into bed with us around 1:15.  He finally stopped crying and calmed down, but he kept tossing and turning in between us and I could tell he couldn't get comfy.  At 2, I took him back to his bed, and he went right back to sleep, only to wake up again screaming at 4:30.  He's cutting two more teeth, so I gave him motrin and a cup of milk and went fell right to sleep in between us....until DH got up for work at 5:45.  He heard him and he's been wide awake since.  Uggh!  I can't wait for naptime!  And I have so much I wanted to get done today before my party tonight.

Aw I'm sorry, nights like that suck. Evie slept really well last night.. even went down without a fight.. but I'm STILL exhausted and am thinking of a nap when she naps.

He just went down....and even though I would love to nap, I just keep thinking of everything I have to do, so I think I'm going to take a shower and make another cup of coffee.  Looks like it will be a 2-nap day for Gavin!
