I need an easy cookie recipe

I stupidly signed up for a cookie swap this weekend.  I hate baking cookies. I need an easy cookie recipe that can yield at least 5 dozen easily.  Anyone have any suggestions?  I looked on allrecipes.com and got overwhelmed since there were 98 million recipes.  Thanks!!

btw, a little trick, 1.5 cups of molassas is equal to a standard size jar of it. I hope that makes sense. The first time I made it, I sat there carefully measuring. lol

PB Blossoms, buy the PB cookie mix and Hershey kisses (freeze them after peeling so they don't melt when inserted in warm cookie) and you are done :O)

Cool Whip Cookies

Box of Lemon Cake Mix
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 Egg
Powdered Sugar

Mix the cake mix with cool whip and eggs.  Drop teaspoons of the mixture into the powdered sugar to coat and bake for 8 minutes on 350.

Brown sugar shortbread. Wow, I'm getting exhausted typing this recipe out here for people!

2 c. butter, 1 c. brown sugar, 4.5 c. flour

Mix, pat out, cut into bars, bake at 350. I like to drizzle them with chocolate.
