I would say Chick-age.  But it could also be Chi-kah-gee, I guess.  If you want to butcher the English language.

SO....it's........

Chi-KAH-jeh. Three syllables. First one like the Chi in chicken. I still can't believe it, and I hope on everything I have that it was a chosen stage name for the anchor, not her given name

Yay, so I sort of had the pronunciation right!  Yeah... that's a horrible name.

I actually just looked it up and it turns out it IS slang!  It means:

A female of notable beauty. Usually with large bust-size and long legs.

 

So, it probably is surfer slang!
