They both have the same exact weights--13 lbs., 7 oz. Which is very weird because Eleanor has been consistently heavier for the past four months, and everyone who picks them both up swears Eleanor is heavier. (And they were both naked as they day they were born when they were weighed, so it wasn't a diaper disparity or anything.) Anyway, that puts them in the 10th percentile, which is pretty much where they were last time.
Heights are 24 1/2" (C) and 24 3/4" (E). I think this was like 10th and 10th-25th percentile? Something like that.
Heads were 17" (C) and 16 1/4" (E). So little Cordelia is 10th for weight, 10th for height, and 70-95th percentile for her head. She must have a lot of brains.
Or maybe her head is where all this weight seems to be coming from to make her the same as her slightly pudgier sister. (It's okay for me to say pudgy, right? I love pudgy babies.)
They got most of their six-month shots, including the first H1N1 shot, but we ended up splitting some of them because they'll be going back for their H1N1 booster in a month.
The pediatrician said they're both doing great and that you'd never know they were preemies by looking at them. And they're right where they need to be, milestone-wise.
Yay for my good, growing girls!
Re: Six-month stats for my two little peanuts
Yay for your peanuts! That's great that they're doing so well.
Like Cordelia, Elizabeth is on the lower end for weight (23rd) and height (10th) but 83rd percentile for head! We always joke that she carries all her weight in her brain and her chipmunk cheeks.
sounds like a great visit!
i am envious of all of you who can get the h1n1 vax for your LO at your pedi's office. mine doesn't have it and doesn't know if/when they will. and the shot clinics are booking weeks out, and the appt i made for a has to be canceled bc she's sick. ugh. ok sorry to hijack your post--yay for growing healthy little girls!
